Shipping and Returns

As we do not deliver or take back returns at this time, not everything related to this subject is applicable here. But don't worry, we'll deliver soon. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Shipping

MY BOB, use your head! is shipped all over the world. Orders within E.U. with the minimum value of € 150,- are free of charge. For international orders outside the European Union, under a minimum value of € 300,-  the Customer is responsible to pay for the transport, the calculated duties and/or taxes as determined by country of destination.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for order processing.

All orders are shipped from Brussels City and delivered Monday to Friday.

You will be notified via e-mail when your order has been shipped and given an expected delivery date.

Currently the shipments outside the European Union are not available

 

Returns or exchange

You may return for a complete refund or exchange any full price item within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that the item is in its original condition with all hang tags still attached. Please also make sure to fill out and include the Return Order Form included in your original shipment with your return.

To request a return, please contact mybob@mybob.be for approval.

For returns or exchanges, you are responsible for sending your order back at your own cost to the following address: MY BOB, use your head!- BELGEMO SPRL, 28 rue des Trois Ponts, B-1160 Brussels.

Any orders that are received past our returns shipping window, or are damaged, worn, or missing original hang tags upon arrival will be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense.

All items that were purchased with a discount code are not eligible for a refund and can only be exchanged on a case-by-case basis. We are unable to offer refunds that have been purchased on other websites or from other retailers.

 

Refund

Refunds are proceeded in accordance with the method of payment used for the purchase.
